The author was only 25 years old when he came up with the idea to have his story published. Matt Warshaw, editor of Surf magazine in 1986; gave author Warren "Doc Wart" Michael inspiration to continue his journals and eventually make something out of it. He did, he was what the author needed to push him in the right direction. Thanks Matt Warshaw for making the 3rd quarter of my life a memorable time.
